Theodore Tug Boat

June 2, 2001

Theodore Tug Boat was visiting on the Connecticut River in Deep River.  The day was rainy, pouring rain most of the time.  The package to see Theodore was to hop aboard the Essex Steam Train in Essex and ride up to Deep River, where we hopped on a river boat for the trip out to the tug.

As you can see regardless of the pouring rain, the distance to the tug and the poor visibility, the D1 in combination with the 80-200mm AFS managed to capture the moment.  I am always amazed at what the D1 and Bibble combination is capable of turning out.
